Pork and Chicken
I recently used your catering service for a wedding rehearsal dinner and the food was delicious. Also, everything about the service was excellent, from the communication to the timely delivery and the set up. Thank you very much! Everyone loved the food. We had pulled pork, pulled chicken, baked beans, Mac 'n cheese, brownies, banana pudding, and all three of the bbq sauces, sweet, sassy, and white. Thank you again for offering such a great service and food.
Brisket Sandwhich
This is absolutely the best brisket I have ever had. Coleslaw and baked beans were great and the butter that came with the cornbread was amazing (was that molasses in it?) Wish I could have tried the ribs but someone came in right before us and took 7 racks to go, sounds like they must be pretty tasty too.

The Mr. Potato Head
Delicious! Big hot steamy perfectly cooked potato loaded down with tasty meat[?]. Such a good hearty meal on a cold night. Getting to have homemade pickles on the side finishes this meal off with perfection!
Ducking Around
Had this for lunch today, great sandwich. I recommend the vinegar sauce as well.

Reg Mac and Cheese
Excellent Mac n Cheese! I really liked the little kick that sneaks in, not sure if it was black pepper or something else. Great go to side
Pulled Pork Plate
Best BBQ I've had in a long time. The sides are truly scratch made. Love the sweet n sassy bbq sauce. Also had the ribs and they were the best ribs by a long shot!! Highly recommend
